Haha I especially like how the numbers “reflect”.
I don’t think it was photoshopped, but the 7 segment displays could’ve been easily changed to say FAIL.
Or… the game could have a problem and it’s trying to let the operator know. I work in an arcade, and while most machines with seven-segment displays say “ERR,” I could easily see a manufacturer choosing this word instead.
On another note… we have an aging Bowler Roller game with a two-digit mechanical seven-segment display that one day said “FU”

I can’t help thinking someone made the display say this purely to upload to failblog, but I seem to think that for a lot of the most recent failblog pics.
“Hey guys, I had a go on the new game at the arcade, and I got IL points in under FA seconds! Beat that!”
“That game is rigged, EVERYONE ALWAYS gets that, ever since that guy from the interweb came to fix it.”
there is nothing entertaining or funny about this pic (to state the obvious). It is out of the norm for this website.

I think that so called ‘fails’ like this aren’t that funny. Just because something says “FAIL” doesn’t mean it fails, wins, or is even remotely funny.

This is totally photoshopped and not well. Reflections aren’t hard. Both FA IL and the reflection are at the wrong perspective for the angle the image was taken.
