I think the fail is that they put the big words “fail” over the actual imagine sign so we can’t see the bottom of it.

It’s the Borgata. A casino resort in Atlantic City. They like to consider themselves as a playground for adults. It’s a marketing thing, rather than a fail.

I hate it when things like this that are clearly not FAILS get

the U.S.) and even I knew this was obviously for some sort of

Thats not a fail, thats a big win! Its at the Borgata in Atlantic City before you enter the casino from the parking lot. All the best playgrounds are no kids allowed.
This sign can be found in many casino entrances, its a playful reminder that underage betting isnt allowed.
