The simplicity of the average human brain never suprises me. I’ll admit that this website has some pretty great material…..but come on people! The real fail is the the fact that most people enjoy his music. When I say this please don’t comment “Well I don’t like his music!” I am sure you don’t. I am speaking of sheer numbers here. This moron isn’t lyrically talented-at all. His words are simplistic and boring.
Simple things please simple minds- thus is the majority of marketing plans nowadays.
Fails are not always funny, this is just a fail. Kanye West interrumpted Taylor Swiff when she had just won the VMA for Best Music Video of the Year (female) to say that somebody else’s vid was better than hers, which obviously made her feel uncomfortable, the audience got mad at him, Beyonce was not happy with it either… it was a very stupid moment. Actually that the guy apologized in public n stuff, it was awful. Not funny, but a real fail. He deserves the Best Fail of the Year.
Agreed that this is a fail but maybe not the biggest. To stand up in front of the audience and the cameras and say “you won but my friend had a better video” is terrible. Promoting his own personal choice in music as he’s obviously very biased is wrong on an awards show. It didn’t make me laugh, grin or giggle to myself though (definitely no laughing out loud) so it does kind of miss the whole FAILblog.org mentality. I can’t laugh at him or this just cringe and feel sorry for those he’s disappointed with this speech. There wasn’t enough booing for my liking, and there should have been more rotten fruit and vegetables thrown at him.

He did fail because he had no respect for the winner when he rudely interrupted her. In this situation I totally agree that he has failed. When his career began his music was inspiring and lately it is just repelling. He has lost a lot of supporters by becoming too commercial and loosing a part of himself that was the very essence of Kanye. I think it is time for the reinvention of Kanye with a new name, etc. To Grao, your stupidity is just as obvious as his. Before you make a racially motivated you may want to do some research so you don’t look like a fool. He doesn’t have cornrows. Find out what they are, then come back and try to sound less like an idiot. When you do, you’ll probably discover that his barber cut too deep.
