The guy smashed into the back of his parked car, then took off, leaving his license plate INSIDE the mangled trunk of my friend’s car… Best part was, my friend’s car was parked right near the guy’s house, so he thought he could get away with it by coming around the other side of the development. Of course, there were about 6 incredulous, pissed off people standing on the sidewalk at this point, so he didn’t exactly sneak past us unnoticed.

Left behind a licence plate, a large chunk that had numbers from the car on it, and what was more…the police officer knew who it all belonged to. Ahh small towns.
