I was there for New Years one year, and its a giant light panel. If you look up at tokyo tower from the outside, you would see what the new year is. Like I saw 2005. If you look, you’ll see other white panels. Its just happened that the particular year this ohoto was taken, the light panel had to be put in front of the telescope to form the correct number.

The only thing I see is YOU being rude and respectless, by saying I was pretty sad as a person, and what’s worse, you actually mean it! Any decent poster wouldn’t dare say something like that to someone they don’t even know.
My comment to Halifax that you used as an example, was a joke due to a confusion in his sentence above mine and i’m sure he took it as such. Read that comment again in it’s context and you’ll see that that there’s nothing offensive to be found.
The way I see it, you seem to be an angry person who just found a scapegoat to let off some steam.
I’m not offended, but others in my place would be.
Since we apparently cannot have fun together, i suggest taht we ignore ourselves from now on. That’s sad, but know that I hold nothing against you, so it’s up to you and you alone.
