As for the organic webbing: the movies gave him organic webbing, the 616 comics switched to it right before the “Civil War” and then reverted to the web shooters once he was retconned by “Brand New Day”.

Venom has organic web shooters in the sense that the costume is alive and is using itself to make the webs. Spider-Man 2099 also has organic web shooters (which shot out of the back of his forearms).

The reason the webbing doesn’t shoots out of Spidey’s ass is that he doesn’t have a thorax of spinnerets. He built the web shooters and designed the webbing (including the modified versions) by himself.

He’s trying to climb a wall thats blocking his way towards Spa Valley, and is helping the girl in the bikini by spraying web out of his ass as a rope. Now for the ass part… idk why they did that . I think its comic relief…
