I’m 6’3 about 195. I’ve carried around 40-50 lbs up a couple flights of stairs and thought, “Man, that’s a knee cruncher”. Then again I don’t normally climb stairs and my knees aren’t that great, either. never mind.

If people like that dont like/want/can’t handle to be laughed at and ridiculed, then they should stay home and eat their Crenny Jaig while watching reruns of The Biggest Loser. Whether their condition is metabolic or self induced, there ARE medically accepted ways of losing weight. If they dont choose to make use of them, then… oh well. From someone in the medical field, people like this cause us to suffer injuries as well trying to pick them up/treat them/deal with their dead carcasses. Get over it.. I did.
