im bad with comps so i cant get a emulator to work om my comp. So I’m learning Japanese now since someday I’m going to go to Japan. But I’m going to buy a real Mother3 cartrage and a real Mother game. I wonder if their cartrages are different in Japan for the SNES.

Hey. Also, did you notice the date on the picture doesn’t match the date in the text? I just thought I would mention it since nobody already said the same thing earlier.

I’m confused. The picture says October 7th, the text says the 27th, amazon.com says the 6th, and Walden’s (or Borders) doesn’t say till the 1st of November. Is there any exact release date?
I just had a call from Nostradamus and he said there’s going to be a flood of lawsuits because of copyright infringements in the not so distant future.
I’ve been waiting for this forever – just like a website, but it’s all old stuff and I have to pay for it and carry it around!

I might still buy one, but I already did something better. Anyone see those picture frames that are actually LCD screens that display a slide show of pictures you load on it. I downloaded every fail as a JPEG and put it on there. I get to watch the best of the worst on its very own screen. They should pre-load and sell those!

Anyone ever seen those electronic picture frames that display a slideshow of pictures? I downloaded hundreds of failblog pics and loaded onto one. People come over and ROFL.
Failblog should sell some of those. IT would actually make them some money.

Don’t they know they know of all those law-suits resulting from using other people’s photographs? Yeah, I smell a fail coming, a big one.
There’s a really interesting thing that happens when you upload your pictures to the internet. Unless you put a copy-write on them, they’re available for use. By anyone. You can make requests. And sometimes they’re honored. Sometimes.
Yeah, and what legal precedent exists that says this? Made Up vs. Bullshit?
That depends entirely on what domain one uses to upload ones pictures. One needs to read the fine print. No matter what the situation.
The federal courts made it clear recently you can’t even sell a painting based off an image you found on the internet of the president. I guess this may fly if he intends to sell it in Hong Kong only. Note copy-write law doesn’t say you have to have copy-write symbol on something for it to be copywrited. I doubt this would fly under fair-use either.
Fine print is great for making any law you want. No matter what the situation.
actually, I submitted one of the pictures and they emailed me with a release form to sign for their permission to use the picture in the book. So they covered themselves on this one I think.
