if you look closely, she has one finger up(you need 2 to hold a cigarette). She also has 3 fingers curled up, and her thumb is resting on her cheek. This adds up to 5 fingers, exactly as much as a hand has. If she were really smoking, that would mean she’d need 6 fingers.
