  14. *googles and ogles*

  15. Blaat says:

i think its Groningen actaully, judged by the words next to the arrow the google page is in Dutch anyway.

  16. Rob Hard says:

This is Groningen, the Netherlands. The address is Vishoek 12 and the picture has been taken down by Goolge maps. :(

  17. Grannycatflap what are your coordinates and we will spy on you?LOL

  18. H3nQ says:

I live in Groningen. Never been near this house though, but I could be there in 10 minutes if I wanted to (which I don’t. REPEAT, I DON’T) on my trusty old bicycle.

    Duh

  29. Arthur Eld says:

I really wish someone could tell me where this is.

  30. you have to pay extra for that feature, or send it to granny to be retro-fitted

  31. BCT says:

I dunno, guys. Has anyone else pointed out that streetview pics are taken from a moving vehicle rather than from above in someone’s apartment? You know, hence the name “streetview”.

Still funny though so it’s a win.

    • Caghs says:

Was wondering how long before someone pointed that out :)

Yep, every Googlemap I’ve seen at streetview has been roughly equal with the car window …

… mind you, if this was an overpass …?

      • fluffy says:

Actually, if you go to Google maps in that area, some of the windows are lower than street level. Of course, this specific photo isn’t there anymore, but you can see how it was possible for this photo to be taken.

        • Caghs says:

But it’s different to that with which I’m familiar, and therefore wrong (that’s sarcasm BTW, before anyone jumps on me … although it might be fun to have strangers jump on me, I’m oh so lonely ;)

    • Malicite says:

      Good point…

  32. Blurgle says:

Didn’t Prince sing about that once?

  33. Tech Law says:

    Milk, milk, lemonade…
around the corner fudge is made

  34. Spam Master says:

The real fail is the internet browser the dude used when he took the screenshot.

  35. hhc says:

    google earth WIN
    chick fail

  36. Stephen Ogley says:

Why does failblog allow this to be viewed publically? It is an infringement of the person’s rights.

  37. CheezWoofer says:

    The face is blurred out.

  38. Emperor, Leader of the Resistance, Tetragramaton Cleric. says:

Just goes to show you, don’t leave your personal stuff hanging around. Google will find it.

  39. Don says:

wtf, Google Maps doesn’t even zoom in that far lol.

  40. stef says:

THAT’S FAKE TO THINK ABOUT IT

  41. Aja says:

Did anyone mention the giant di1d0 in the inset yet?

    • Hototogisu says:

I had to stand in that window for eight and a half weeks waiting for the Google van to come past for the free advertising.

  42. nicksoapdish says:

Image no longer on Google Maps? Photo taken at an angle that no car driving up the street taking pictures would ever be able to get?

What a surprise, Failblog tricked by another “hilarious” photoshop.

    • McFate says:

For what it’s worth, the Google Car takes pictures from higher than standard car-window height. The camera is mounted on a mast on the roof, at least for the Google Cars I’ve seen driving around.

      Here’s one example:

  43. L says:

Why is this a fail? This is Holland!

  44. rachel says:

Notice the giant red light on the side of the window? Chick sitting there, waiting around? I think that’s a pretty obvious hint to it’s location.

  45. anon says:

Isn’t this a still from Deja Vu? Y’know, that Denzel movie?

  46. Josh says:

After some trying I located the address: 12 Vishoek, Groningen, The Netherlands

Looks like google blocked off that street with a wall.

  47. tibs says:

I lived in the Netherlands for a few years, there is nothing on that windowsill that you wouldn’t see in the window of a sex shop, in fact you see a lot, em, more interesting things. Certainly an education.

So maybe now Americans won’t just head for the tourist shop in Amsterdam and giggle over the drugs stuff, they might actually look around them – if only to see things like that.

  48. Tommy says:

This is the problem with rampant liberalism and immigration. Any child could have gone on the google and found this. Have some decency, and pass some laws to protect normal people from this filth!

    • Immigration?!? Whatever, I disagree completely with your stance that children should remain ignorant of how things work, it is my opinion that if they are old enough to ask, they’re old enough to know. And why not? What in the nine hells’ the matter with intercourse?

      • ISO3200 says:

bwa haha. You sir, are ridiculous.

      • rachel says:

        Die a lot. kthnx

      • jenski says:

I’m not taking a stand on either side of the issue, but I am curious…how does immigration come into this at all?

        • Tommy says:

Liberal ‘thinkers’ have tricked the peoples of the world into thinking that multiculturalism and the free movement of people is of benefit to all parties involved. When in reality, this free movement of people is eroding important cultural pillars in all societies. Poor non-white people in third world countries flock to white developed countries, and refuse to assimilate into those societies, and are encouraged by liberal governments and policy makers as a means to provide cheap manual labor — when in reality white developed countries should be working to fix the issues within those third world countries so they can rise up and be equal trading partners.

      • Dah-ee says:

        Heh heh..you said ‘position.’

      • Peter says:

        God damn liberals.

    • slupine says:

and why, pray tell, are you letting your child surf the internet, let alone without a parent present?

Funny, when I was a kid, parents actually had to, you know, parent… they didn’t make everyone else do it for them.

      • slupine says:

Also, after reading the rest of the comments… obvious troll is obvious.

Either that or you’re from Chillicothe. Are you from Chillicothe?

  49. Elsa_Mama says:

It depends upon who buys them and to what purpose they are put …

  50. Raphael says:

This is a google maps WIN, nice boobs

  59. yeah,im,ard says:

  60. Condoulo says:

    Well well well
the real fail is the fact they’re using IE

  61. Booby Maximus says:

Great rack! Love the boobtaculars, whoever you are. I’d certainly toss you a nice big quart of man-mustard!

  62. El Vis says:

It got removed, street view won’t let you see that spot anymore.

  63. Alex says:

which is the fail? the street view, or the fact that the screenshot was taken in windows 98 lol

    • PhoenixM says:

Win 98 remains, IMHO, about the best thing Microsoft ever wrote. There is incredibly little PC software written between 1985 and 2005 that can’t be made to run on it.

  64. Basara says:

    xCainex:

I hate to break it to you, but there supposedly being a checksum method to determine real/fake SSNs is BS.

My brother and I got our SSNs at the same time (at around 15 & 10 years of age, respectively), as we were born before the “before 12 months age” rule, and our mother had to get them for the Food Stamp program.

the first 8 digits of our SSNs are identical – mine ends in a 3, his in a 1. There’s no way for any checksum method for both our SSNs to be valid with such a miniscule difference in 1 digit.

I actually learned a bit about SSNs in (strangely enough) classes about computing, and the only thing you can tell be looking at a SSN, without punching it into a computer system to check it against a list of issued numbers, is what state it was issued in.

  65. pl3h_teh_awesomeness says:

for the whole world to see

  66. stupidpeople says:

    i don’t know. How?

  67. JK says:

Very old, it’s an adult store. I think she was a shop clerk.

  68. Mr.detective says:

It was censored by google, the address is 12 Vishoek, Groningen, Nederland. The search engine is in dutch. You can only make it to 4 Vishoek before the street mysteriously ends.

  69. The Actual Dude says:

    IE6. Failblog FAIL!

  70. asdasd says:

It;s in holland vishoek 12 groningen

  71. !! says:

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  72. Alex says:

Why display them like that? Is she proud of her collection?

  73. graspee says:

It’s funny if you read the whole thread and see people making the same jokes and comments over and over again because they didn’t read up.

  74. fbn says:

    photoshop for sure.

  75. Mande says:

You can see the street view now but the window has been covered with red.

  76. bub says:

    21 vishoek gronigen netherlands

you cant get to this part of the street on street view though

  77. Twentyfists says:

This looks to be a Google Maps Win to me… Maybe that’s because I’m a weirdo.

  78. Paul says:

i thought it was 12 Vishoek, Groningen, Netherlands, took me 15 min to find without reading posts lol … but still … THEY TOOK THE PHOTO OUT OF GOOGLE MAPS!!! … atleast i founded it :P

  79. stick2012 says:

    EPIK

  80. Kyle says:

Fake, that picture isn’t from google maps. You aren’t able to do that, the most you can do is follow along streets, not look in some woman’s window.

    • duh says:

Of course it’s from google maps, and yes you can look through windows. You can angle the camera in any direction from the places where the pictures are taken. Google has apparently updated the image since, but you can still easily find the same window on the same street from the same direction through Google maps. The other people in this thread already did the work to prove that, don’t be such a dumbass.

  81. accuddles says:

    587-149683
    that was a fake serial

  82. Leslie Witt says:

It may be fake, but if you actually look at that street on google maps, the street view IS very close to people’s windows and the image quality is surprisingly high-quality.

  83. Roland says:

    12 Vishoek, Groningen, GR, Nederland

    already removed

  84. Stupid says:

Wow you think that’s a google street view fail? Dude, check out

Oudezijds Voorburgwal, Amsterdam, North Holland, Nederland and go into street view.

I can name at least 5 images on that street Google fogot to remove.

    LoL

  85. Yggdrasil says:

    this was pure win!

  86. Thomas says:

This is obviously somewhere in the Netherlands…probably amsterdam it also says ” Wordt geladen ” so it was a Dutch person who knew which street he was going to view ;)

  87. Darvinho says:

Actually rather than fuzz it out, Google maps have actually prevented you from moving the street view camera into that position.

Type this in to check it out.

Vishoek 12, 9712 Groningen, Groningen, Groningen, Netherlands

If you angle the street view so that the white building is on your left and the cross roads is just up ahead, with the scooter coming from the right hand side, you can see the building above and behind the white one. But we are unable to ‘stand’ as it were, at the cross roads :P

  88. sCribbLeZ says:

this girl live in netherland – i found the picture and my homey post it xD

  89. Sir Oreo 5 says:

  90. thumbmaster021 says:

Did anyone else notice this idiot is using IE6? -.-

  91. k13k3r says:

this is in groningen The Netherlands

  92. Ren says:

I think the bigger fail in this pic is the fact they’re using IE.

  93. ed says:

    ed ruiz 619-11-9988

  94. Catt says:

  103. Tinanidanidnda says:

    • Say g'night, Gracie says:

      Dangit! I lost it too!
      *eyes Tinanidanidnda suspiciously*
Are you sure you’re not my 8 year old daughter? Because she is the game-losing-est child ever!

  104. George says:

Indeed, fellow Americans, Hark! In the same Country whose capital provides cheap, amazing, (relatively) legal marijuana in coffee shops, you are free to be a prostitute, ogle prostitutes, or avoid them entirely. And if you have a huge proverbial stick up your metaphorical bum, you are even free to complain about these things loudly, rather than just keeping your own children out of the red-light district.

To hrdclrolaf and other Dutch, I humbly apologize for my country (the USA). After having been to Holland and lived in Europe for a while, I understand both the beauty of a free and open place like Holland, and also many peoples’ misunderstanding and disliking public displays of sexually related content.

More to hrdcrolaf, while I apologize for Americans thinking this is a fail, I disagree with your assessment that these people are all retarded. Lots of them are intelligent, witty individuals with great senses of humor. And plus, let’s not insult retarded people. I’ve met some retarded (mentally handicapped) individuals with more culture.

  105. anca says:

    FAILBLOG FAILED!

  106. Morgana says:

Hey! Thats my apartment window !

  107. Churkirby says:

You know, I have to wonder how stuff like this gets found on google maps anyway… but theres probably a ton of hilarious content waiting to be exploited, and only a short time to see it before google stop you accessing the image >.>

  108. random says:

    Vishoek 12, Groningen, Nederland

Easy to find. But that small back road has been removed from streetview.

  109. google maps are always a fail.

  110. me like fails:) says:

what is the full address? :) :):):)
I’ll just check too see if it’s still there:D:D

  111. Raven says:
