obviously they stuck the kid in because most likely the kid that was left behind before took the car keys,the sunglasses and the pacifier and drove to mexico.got a job in car sales,sold the car for half a million and just decided to return to the resturant with half a million.meanwhile someone robbed a bank for $500,000 and the police showed up at the resturant found the half a million in the managers office along with the baby who was supposedly a hostage

One of the local restaurants has had that stuff (only written out as text, not as pics) written on the back of their order checks (the one that the order is taken on, that you take to cashier to pay for the meal) for OVER THREE DECADES.

The real fail to me is someone thinking its a new joke, or something actually fail-worthy….

Something similar happened in Cape Town SA, the dad was meant to take their toddlerto daycare which was normally done by the mom. He went straight to work and when they heard screaming in the carpark it was too late. What a terrible thing to live with.

Let me tell you…about two weeks ago, in Saltillo, Coahuila (Mexico), a lawyer return to the kindergarten to pick up his son.
They say that he didn’t leave the kid that morning…horrified, the man return to his car, and his 9 months year old son was dead.

The baby spent like 6 hours in the car, dying of dehydration in at least 100°F, the father was in shock.
Aparently, the stress and rutine makes it.

not a fail. very good advice; the first time i took my son of 6weeks out to the shops, i left him in his pram in the shop. i walked out looked around and thought, “what am i missing?” after 2 minutes i realised and ran back in to get him.

Actually not fail. I’ve worked well-sized conventions (1,500+ attendees); without fail someone has forgotten their baby somewhere at some point in time. Once, someone left their child on stage for two consecutive days. Considering tickets for both days cost $40, we were probably a cheap child-care alternative.

Actually, that happens more often than one is willing to believe. Just yesterday I read about a baby again that was forgotten in the car in the burning sund and died from dehydration. And one of the most favorite chat quotes on german-bash.org reads:
