America is a single continent, because it’s a continental mass(not sure if it’s the exact translation in english, but you get the point) So it’s a huge continent “divided” in three parts South, Central and North. Central America is the subcontinent betwwen Mexico and Colombia.

Hello, I think only US citizens and ignorants think America it’s two different continents instead of one. The rest of the world has known the real fact since… maybe forever, but you just don’t realize it. However, you’re right with something. Central is actually part of North America but that would only make any sense to US citizens, so it doesn’t really count as a fact… after all.

About countries/continents- try look on books and not on the first site what you got on google. “Americas” to the three continents – North, Central, South America. English is a barbarian language, so country mean more than 1 thing. In latin languages, like portuguese or spanish the word “Pais” mean country as a nation only. So the name of U.S. is not “America”, is United States of America. Just a name. Canada and Mexico is on north america too, but not part of U.S.A. (well… Canada is not… about Mexico… not yet).
Brazil is called Brazil – not Federative Republic of Brazil. This name was used many years ago. Bolivia is a beautiful country with really nice ppl (I had been there when goes to Machu Pichu – in Peru – another beautiful country). All in south america.
In central america we have well knowed countries like Cuba and Panama.

To that kid on the top who said something about “stop offend america” and “war with anyone” and “kick your asses”… I recomend you back to school. And what war you are talking about? Vietnan? FAIL. Afeganistan? FAIL. Irake? FAIL. You can burp about any other war. It’s just stupid. On all those wars you kill more children and inocent ppl than bad guys. So shut up and get a life.
About the video – only photos was used. Probably someone sent that pics to them or some stupid producer got that pics and use it as real photos of the accident. They said on video about places pretty far from accident (serra do cachimbo is inside Brazil, close to Amazon forest and accident was on atlantic ocean at north-east of Brazil).

And U.S.A. is not an A contry. Time will show this.
