Lock fails because it doesn’t lock. Double fail I guess. All that is is a door that leads to the lockers you see there. No “folding” doors, no sliding walls, just a Fail Door haha.

Not a bad thought. Fail Thought at that, but not bad.
It is infact a pointless “Fail Door”
Reason being: (I am pretty sure) this was left when they gutted the church to turn it into a school.

Lol actually, I go to that school, it’s a door. There was a video of me walking through it I told link to submit here, but apparently he didn’t want to. there is really a fail door right by the lockers. and it makes accessing those lockers when there is a crowd freaking perilous lol

It isn’t a mirror, and it isn’t in your sliding school hallway. It is a door fitted with a lock in a wall that you can walk around to get into the other room. The lock is the fail, not the door

There’s another possibility no one has mentioned – folding walls. I’m sure you’ve seen them. They are often found in large conference rooms, set-up so one big room can be broken down into several smaller ones.

I wish we could get a good look at the stuff near the left edge of the picture. That beige box may be the lock mechanism for a folding wall.

we had one a door like this in my grade school what it is is a sliding door that turns into a wall kind of like a hideaway wall so that when you wanted two rooms instead of one you can use the doorway. not really a fail at all…..
