There is a big sewage treatment plant at Ashbridges Bay, but it is quite a bit south of the spot shown. There are also playgrounds in the area. I think we have a conflation of two labels.

But it does say something about the quality control at Google. Or possibly at the Ontario Municipal Board, which rules city planning with an iron wallet.
