Plus it's almost certainly only GAINING momentum there because of the engine driving the wheels in the first place (because its been left in D), if you take that force away friction will slow it down soon enough even if the engine's on a freewheel. Course if he's dumb enough to not put it in neutral/park and with the handbrake set on a downhill, he deserves everything he gets anyway. Engine braking, motherfucker, does you understands it?
