It was a live-action / CGI dramatization of a real collision. But I think the real “fail” here is that someone approved it for in-flight service — even if it was satellite rather than canned, *somebody* should have had the lights on but didn’t.

Well… whoever picks movies for airlines is obviously on crack – first time I saw Snakes on a Plane was on a Qantas flight…

I mean going to Australia – the country with most venomous serpents, like, ever – and watching a movie like that? Cleverly enough on the exact same plane type they fly in the movie. Good thing the movie was more funny than it was scary!

I still love Qantas for the irony though.
