I eat all, sweets too but in lunch only and in dinner fruits. In day with feet I went about 10 KM I lose 8kg in 1.5 month!

I do not believe that tea can do this way. The best way is do sports! Sure green tea or coffee can help if you do not sport, because you do not eat while you drink green tea or coffee.

Neither have I! But theres a little DUH in this for you, most women put on an average of 40lbs when pregnant. Most of that, is “water” weight from the protective “sac” around the baby.
