OK, so this is a total fail on the part of the restaurant…but what about the idiots you can see sitting inside the restaurant…it gets a C rating and they are still eating there. FAIL

I worked at a place that hosted events. The inspectors could not have come at a worse time. It was rush hour for use and we had two major events going on at the same time. The chefs were cooking like crazy and we were dishing out the food as fast as we could. They came in and we explained to them their bad choice in timing. The kitchen never looked that bad before or after. It was just a whole lot of things going on at once. They marked us down because we had food sitting on the counter near the fridge wrapped and waiting for the date sticker. We were upset and they agreed to come again.

Actually the “c” had nothing to do with how clean they are. They were all points taken away for technical issues like cell phones in work stations and sinks that weren’t used at the bar.

They DID put in AS MUCH effort. That’s why they got a C. I personally would have copied the certificate and made the others look just like the official one but without the actual signature and such.

I would have photocopied the certificate…and made the rest look like the original. Of course I’d photoshop it to look like a blank certificate as I’m pretty sure you’d get MASSIVE fines for forging a health certificate. So basically I’d have a dozen or so “certificates” and only one would be signed and valid. That would be MY “oh so WIN”

Actually Einstein was a prodigy. Thats WHY people know him as Albert-friggen-Einstein. He didn’t give a crap about school only because he said it was holding him back. He even got his parents to buy him advanced text books on everything! He probably was doing a master of calculus before he was 12.
