I know the photographer. It isn’t a photoshop. And the one you posted is not the same photo at all. Look at the plants, look at the angle it’s taken from, in fact just look at just about any aspect of the photo at all and you’ll see you’re wrong.
That is indeed a comedy win… also, talking about funny city names, we’ve got one here in Denmark. Bøsserup is the name of the city, and well, what do you think about “Fagshire” (the direct translation of Bøsserup). Well, I assume that it’s originally not due to bøsse = fag, but because bøsse has a lot of other meanings, though none of them being as prevalent as this one.
In fact the royal navy air base got a message from the Admiralty marked, “name should be changed to avoid unseemly mirth”!
