Yeah, though if he already admitted to the charges, that should mean they’ve been filed. Still, the Today’s THV article explicitly says his name and “Charges are expected to be filed next week”. So his name was obviously out before the charged were filed, meaning it wasn’t an anonymity fail, but rather a we-shoulda-deleted-that-sentence fail. (Possibly a copy/paste fail?)
