Actually we do, never quite understood it myself either. Must have something to do with space efficiency. Hate it though when I have to go and someone is already using the room to take a bath.

Chill out, dude. If this bridge is in Mandurah, Perth Australia, then it’s probably Pinjarra Road. There’s a perfectly accessable sloped path on the other side of the bridge from the parking lot.

From memory (Im a Mandurah local) There IS a slope for bikes and wheelchairs but thats in the OTHER direction. But once your at the bottom of that slope you have to go down a limestone road to get to the to the joining carpark with the public toilet. Gotta love this place…
The problem I see is that the sign “Public Toilets” is pretty much pointing at the water. O_o Potty Fail.
