I can make up a way:
* you ride your motorcycle with a helmet on.
* Your tummy gets upset (you have the flu, you ate a sour lunch, you breathe too many diesel vapors, you drive through a skunk patch, whatever).
* You ride through drive through, get a drink, thinking it’ll settle your tummy, and start to feel the urge to hurl, so you try to walk it off, which doesn’t work, so you sit down, and UUUUUURP.
Looks to me that the pic is of someone hurling whatever they ate a little while ago, it’s not chunky enough for fresh other than the HUGE chunk that had to have been there anyway. Volume and liquidity seem too high for it to be what he was just eating.
