Is it possible that the screen in front of the car could be raised, and it could drive through there?
I think the picture was taken at a construction site, given the overpass, chain link fence in the background, and the fact that you can see heavy tread marks in the unpaved lot. If you can accept that, my guess is that the car belongs to one of the construction workers, and that person is either not liked, or is the butt of a joke.
…or the car just drives forward when the screen is raised, and out the other side.
It is a $400 fine to drive through or park in the road construction area near my house. They don’t have a crane, but they do block access with bulldozers and other heavy equipment. They really don’t like people getting in the way of them finishing the job, so they can get paid. Even some of the lowest level employees are paid by the job, not by the hour.
I would guess that someone parked in the spot where they were going to store materials on site. They won’t do that again.
That might be a big enough building to have two exits from the underground parking structure, but I doubt it.
That garage door with the windows above it would be great for an OM NOM NOM edit.

Actually, it looks like a garage door, not a screen, but yeah. Honda parked there first, then the steel pipes were laid down after.
Most likely as a prank by the construction crew, but also possibly as a ‘staged’ attempt to get onto the FAILblog (it’s getting a lot of attention
).
I still hold a vain hope that this was actually done as ‘punishment’ for some goob parking his SUV in front of someone’s garage door illegally, and the owner of the building said “Screw it – I can’t open the door and get out? He’s not going anywhere: hey, Joey; fire up the crane!”
