Definitely Russia. I walked through a parking garage area just like that almost daily for 9 months in Lipetsk, Russia. It actually might have been that very one! It was VERY muddy during the spring.

In addition, most crashes women are involved in tend to be small fender benders — mostly cosmetic damage, maybe a replaced panel or two.

However, the crashes men are involved in tend to be much bigger — the car is often totalled.

Which goes to show women are bad drivers, while men are just stupid.

Well sugar, I know that every time I have been in an accident, I look up from my compact mirror, and there is always an angry man staring me down from in front of my car. That is just one woman and like what, 9 men? That tells me that men have a higher accident rate since I have never been hit by a woman.
