Actually, no, it isn’t illegal in Louisiana for these boots to be on this vehicle. Check your sources again.

Having said this, this most certainly was a prank. You don’t EVER see four boots on a vehicle. Two will suffice. One won’t because there’s always a spare tire.

When talking about real numbers, excepting zero, division by zero has no meaning.

Infinity isn’t a real number, so division by zero can’t equal infinity. I assume you mean that when a real number(excepting zero) is divided by a number that approaches zero, the result approaches infinity.
