If he backed into it, there would be damage all the way across the overhang. The fact that there’s damage only at the end where the truck is proves he didn’t back into it.
He drove into it, then tried to reverse out, which is why the columns are angled like that.

I agree, but the way the pillars are leaning suggests otherwise.
I see 3 possibilities.
1: The “lip” of the roof at the front of the building is lower than at the back.
2: He drove forwards into it, got stuck, and tried backing out.
3: The truck was there when the building was made (highly unlikely).
4: The driver is a dick
That’s what I get for reading too fast. I though it said “4: the driver is a DUCK” I was all huh? What’s that have to do with anything? Ducks can’t drive. (Which might explain the truck’s predicament.)

It’s a cement truck, fully loaded it might be several inches lower on the suspension. We had that once, drove in a truck that *just* fitted under the doorway, unloaded it, then couldn’t get it out.*
Maybe he drove under there, offloaded and then tried to reverse out.
(*We had to deflate all the tyres down to the rims to get it out, it’s not still trapped in there in case you’re wondering)

I was wondering this, too. At first glance I thought it was Aviano, Italy at the airforce base.
It looks a lot like the post entrance gates here at Fort Bliss, Texas.
In the second pic on this page, you can see the Commander’s house, with the similar style to the building.
In this page, you can see other, non-residential buildings also in the same style.
I think there are one or two gates on post that have that portico-type thing but I can’t find any pictures of them.
This is in Pearland, TX a suburb of Houston. My grandma lives here. They rebuilt it and put up a sign that now says “No trucks or giraffes.” This actually happened twice.
