Nah, anyone can knock you flat with a boot to the head, it’s much harder to flatten someone with a hit that seems so calm, restrained and careful. It was just so smoothly done.
Yeah, but there’s just something primevaly satisfying about a spin kick to the head. Sledge-hammer tactic to be sure, but it makes one’s inner Neanderthal grunt with approval.

didn’t attack, he just walked up to the other guy and the other guy (karate dude?) hit him first. He didn’t even have his hands raised.

Let’s see if I’ve got this right, so, a trained police officer with a blackbelt in karate/self-defense and God knows what kind of other hand to hand skills has managed to hit another person quite hard and knock him to the ground. Well.. that’s like so Wow! you know.
