First if the bird was on the eagles back like that it would blow off.
Second look at the shadow on the eagles back it is not real, if you look at the bird you can see a shadow on its with is not pointing the same way as the shadow on the eagles back.
Third how should they get such a good picture? It is hard enough to get a picture of an eagle from that angle, what is the odds to take a picture like that?

I could make it on Gimp myself, but I have not the imagination to do it.
It is fake, but it is a good pickture, and I think it is ok to upload fake too, just it is a fail!

Birds of prey eat blackbird chicks, but if they don’t eat other birds then they would have less food to feed their own chicks. Its a whole circle of life thing, Raptors (official term for most birds of prey) eat blackbird (and similar sized bird) chicks, blackbirds eat songbird chicks, larger songbirds eat seed/insect-eating birds’ chicks.
