on second look i dont actualy think the honda is stuck look at the front view you can see a tiny gap with the wall and from the back view id say there was still kinda a gap if most a scrapeing gap but still enuff room to get past with at most some graze dmg =s the fact that the hondas side mirrors are looking okay thinks this was just a guy sneaking past a wreak to get to work or something

This is actually in Buffalo, NY… otherwise known as a suburb of NYC. Depending on the time of year, if UB was in session, the chances are good these were Yankees fans.

And upstate is just a suburb of downstate. Duh.
Buffalo? That makes them Bills fans, so they are still losers. And also, according to Mapquest, Buffalo NY is 400.81 miles from Yankee Stadium, or a 6 hour, 47 minute drive. Boston is closer to being a suburb of New York than Buffalo is.
Yeah… I have to say that Buffalo is hardly a suburb of NYC. Suburbs of NYC could arguably include the counties up along the Hudson River as far as Orange or Durchess perhaps. But Buffalo is not only 400+ miles away, it’s cgot an entirely different culture, personality, and so forth. Folks in Buffalo commute as far as Chatauqua, Rochester, Toronto perhaps, but certainly not downstate (for the most part. although I did know a professor who would fly home to NYC every weekend.)

Dunno if they are Yankees fans, but that is my workplace in the background of the first picture, so we got a great view! It’s the I-190 in Buffalo (which is about 8-10 hours drive away from NYC).
They had to bring in tons of equipment to free the cars. It was fun to watch.
What happened is, the first car was taking some extra time to pay the toll (not sure if the toll mechanism wasn’t working, or if he was searching for change), and the dumbass in the black car decided it was taking too long and decided to try to pass him! FAIL.
Sweet work-time entertainment action!!
ok, the toll booth that this happened at was an ezpass only booth so the first idiot probably didn’t have ezpass and couldn’t read the sign and didn’t want to get fined and the second person is just stupid

Actually, the guy in the Honda is a friend of mine and he had nothing to do with this accident. He was already in the toll booth when a woman behind him who wasn’t paying attention clipped the rear quarter of his car and wedged herself between his car and the toll booth. So it wasn’t his fault that he was stopped paying a toll and was rear ended by an idiot.
