» 50 Failures in Communication

  1. Brandon_ha says:

    bring on the comment wars.

  2. YOU CAN HAS CONSCIENCE? says:

The fail itself isn’t so bad. The caption “BBQ Win” crosses the line.

  3. Wolfgang DelaSangre says:

They had to put those cans somewhere….

  4. sara says:

did anyone else notice the fact that the right hand doors read “do not obstruct OF these doors”?
Is that a double fail? (fire exit fail + english fail = double fail) :)

  5. Matt Shafer says:

Not so much “BBQ WIN” as “CREMATION WIN”

Hm. That might have crossed a line…

  6. Jeff says:

    definitely caption win

  7. Totally says:

Did anyone else (sara) notice the fact that it actually says…
    In constant use
    Do not obstruct
No parking in front of these doors

(fire exit fail + comment fail = double fail)

  8. BaldwinKitty says:

ROFL… Fire doors in constant use?

  9. GL says:

read the doors as a set:
“In constant use do not obstruct”
“No parking in front of these doors”

    Not quite a double fail.

Also, I think “BBQ win” is an excellent contrast to “fire exit fail.”

  10. Bull says:

does anybody want crispy or extra crispy?

  11. Sascha says:

    Now i feel more secure!

  12. They are on wheels, so I assume they’d roll out of the way if panick-stricken people came busting through. To get trash all over you while fleeing a fire is definitely a fail though.

    • TheLarrikin says:

They’re actually bolted to the floor. It’s a joke, see? Oh, oh, you’re gonna escape!! Oh, wait… (“You should have seen your face – ‘I’m gonna live!’”)

    • Pagill says:

If they’re full to the brim with trash, those things probably aren’t gonna move, wheels or no. Then again, in case of fire, all panic stricken occupants WILL use others as crowbars to gain the leverage needed to pry the doors open. Or they’ll just keep crushing people against the doors until theres no one left to crush or the doors open.
Also amusing is the graffiti that’s on the right hand door. Looks like someone hopped up onto the trashcans to do it, reinforcing the impression that those things aren’t easy to move. Unless it was an emaciated fourteen year old who tried it.

  13. sim says:

this is disrespectful to trash cans and fire exits.
    trash cans have feelings too

  14. I think the graffiti on the right hand door says: I just put those trash cans there so my buddy could take a picture and send it into FAIL blog.

    But, I could be wrong.

  15. MettanAtem says:

    Toasty!

  16. De says:

this located in New York, United States of Trash

  17. bleh says:

Fire exit in constant use? I’d stay the hell away from that place.

    • Kyle says:

Epic LOL at reading that. Obviously that’s a theater playing Backdraft. So much on-screen fire that it actually burns the place down constantly.

  18. Redmond Dude says:

Thanks for making it unsafe there Chris, Good picture though ;)

  19. Terndrew says:

They must be getting ready for a Great White concert.

  20. Arabella says:

    uh. wow

  21. man im horny says:

call this number ists so funny 000

  22. man im horny says:

    911

  23. Stephen J. says:

While reading this, a Quizno’s advertisement ran along the side, demanding I “Get Toasty”.

    Advertising fail.

  24. Ray...Man? says:

    No.

  25. For me its really fail. Its is not safe to put your trash to the doorway. Its where the people pass through when there is an emergency.
