This is commie house from one of former USSR states. And believe me as I live in one – this might be no fake If you do a search you’ll find enormous wonders of architecture .. like stairs leading to nowhere, balconies without any doors or windows etc.

Back then many buildings were built only by professional observers, but no builders. So if someone was lazy people just build everything as is.

It looks photochopped. I can tell as the curtains on the windows don’t respond right to gravity. IF it WAS real, then wouldn’t the curtains hang straight down like normal. I am sure of it.

The bricks under the window are cut off. If it was photoshopped the bricks would be slanted as well.

That’s not really Frank Gehry’s style. I don’t think a single one of his buildings involves bricks at all, it’s all stainless steel with that man.

Could be fake, but it’s strange how on the right side of the window all the bricks are cut into shape and on the left side the wall is warped, except all the bricks are the right size. It’d be difficult to fake that, you’d have to redraw the bricks.

Could be some imaginative repairs after an earthquake.

This is not the Stata Center. I had an office in the Stata Center (http://patricklam.ca/gallery2/v/040312-stata/). It’s just fail.

You can say many things about the Stata Center, but the windows were all level.

Regarding gravity, the curtains are hanging at the same angle as the window. Unless they’re attached at top and bottom, which is entirely possible, they are not hanging properly.

I looked at a gallery of pics of the Stata Center and none of them seem to include dingy white bricks like these. They’re all shiny and progressively built structures.

I’d keep looking, but it’s just not that important an item on the to-do list.

This is not a FAIL.

This is the MIT Stata center. It was designed by Frank Gehry. Google ‘mit stata center’ you’ll see plenty of details about it.

The crooked windows and slanting walls are deliberate designs.
