You fail! it’s a logo, he didn’t take a picture, if you notice, it is digital, with no artifacts of a camera, simply an edit using some piece of software, POSSIBLY photoshop, or maybe some other software package, which is generally called a ‘photoshop’ anyway, so yes – it IS photoshopped

This logo is for a British company was was MEANT to be viewed horizontally. However someone at this unfortuante company rotated it 90 degrees and still thought it looked great to them, apparently. They had it printed, etched, and designed into all their new company apparel and signs. Expensive fail.
And speaking as a graphic designer, this is also a FAIL for the designer. Why? Because the customer will always pick the stupidest looking logo.

This is probably intentional! Look up “subliminal messages” in google. There are numerous references to sex in everyday advertising. It’s hidden. I know because I work in advertising. If it makes you think about sex, you’re more likely to buy it.

I know of a consultant called CGC in Sweden with an (almost) identical logo. The same effect is apparent. Though pointed out to me casually at one time before, I didn’t see it until I read this thread.

To all the people above who are arguing if it has been “photoshopped”, you have no idea what you are talking about. Where there is no technical correct answer as it’s a slang term based around a product, something being described as being photoshopped generally refers to something that has been edited to modify the origional image in order to trick people, like putting the face of a celebrity on the body of someone else, or adding something to a photograph such as that photo of the guy at the top of the world trade towers supposedly with a jumbo jet coming at him. Using an image editing software (anything from ms paint through to photoshop) to turn and image on it’s side is NOT refered to as “photoshopping”!
