Hm, I do believe that was taken at the Mitsuwa market in Costa Mesa, CA, in the food court.
I’m pretty sure it is Mitsuwa, but I’m also pretty sure this is the Torrance location. I’ve been to both and this is totally the Torrance one.

Well, the almost supernatural way the hair suddenly changes direction in order to go into the soup is a pretty good clue…
In portland oregon, Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson are in A Murder conspiracy together.
