That is clearly a human skull. The mandible would be far more pronounced if it were a gorilla or other type of ape. And there are more distinctions. Of course, you can’t be expected to sound halfway educated considering the traffic these comments get. Most comments seem to be about each other’s sexual preferences.
maybe you should reply to the comment itself rather than generally. that seems the educated thing to do.

Uh…yeah for one, not an accident. Dumbasses. This guy pissed off the wrong people, and it’s a VERY safe assumption that if this is real the person is no longer alive. I’m guessing this was a post-humous x-ray taken for the autopsy report/police record/etc.
hmm..nah, i’d say if i’ts real…the person is still alive…they’re intubated…dead people aren’t usually kept on the vent.

I remember hearing of a guy who shot a nail into his own skull and didn’t know it (how does that happen?). He had these terrible headaches and after going to the doctor, he found out he had a nail in his head.

Not necessarily. The brain has no touch sensors, so you don’t feel anything going on in/at your brain itself, and because touch sensors on the skin are ‘grouped’ into small ‘dot’-like areas, maybe he just went through the skin and skull in an area which did not have any, or very few sensors, and then it kind of…sat in his brain.
Gruesome, but possible. A bit like good ole’ Homer Simpson’s crayon xD
