The face and the license plate. They look more pixelated that the rest of the picture. The LP I would let slide due to the fact we don’t know who the truck belongs to.
The entire picture looks like that though. It seems like they Print Screened a picture that wasn’t at it’s max size. Look at how non-pixelated (sp?) the word “FAIL” is.

I argue that this is not photoshopped. The lighting on the face matches the lighting on everything else — something hard to fake. Also, the skin tones on the face match perfectly the skin tones on the arms.
Also, if you look carefully, the photo is pixellated everywhere, not just on her face.

I looked at the myspace page… its for real. This is a female with an unfortunate body shape. I’ve met a few women like that though in my life, huge on top (almost manly) with stick legs. I don’t think there’s a man bulge there, I think she’s wearing mens jeans, which have a bulge whether there’s anything underneath it or not.
