The entire picture looks like that though. It seems like they Print Screened a picture that wasn’t at it’s max size. Look at how non-pixelated (sp?) the word “FAIL” is.

I argue that this is not photoshopped. The lighting on the face matches the lighting on everything else — something hard to fake. Also, the skin tones on the face match perfectly the skin tones on the arms.
Also, if you look carefully, the photo is pixellated everywhere, not just on her face.

This picture is not photoshopped, and it is indeed a female. The body structure of this woman is caused by a simple chemical imbalance. Her body has more testosterone than a normal female would have. High testosterone levels in a woman can cause increased muscle mass and can cause the body to redistribute fat, creating a more masculine frame. High testosterone can also cause facial and chest hair growth. And sorry to get a little graphic but it can also lead to an enlarged clitoris, which could explain the bulge, but I doubt it would be enlarged enough to make such a visible effect under her clothes.
Testosterone does not, however, explain her freakishly large fat scarf.
