Before the attendants open the cabin door they’re supposed to press the “disarm slide” switch or this will happen. Looks like someone was a little forgetful.
Not true. Forgetting to disarm the slid will inflate out side of the plane. Just as in an emergency. Looks as if the door slide was being serviced or a raft deployed.
