you guy’s all fail, except for sgsad… it is the same photo, the reason why the pipe isn’t in the other one is because the other one is a close up shot…
TCMstevo, Darren’s photo is from a different angle with washed out colors, and doesn’t have interference from the flash that the posted pic has. They are photos of the same location, but clearly taken at different times.

Its funny at first glance!! But WC means water-closet (shitter), so i guess the sign is just saying wheelchair access to a bathroom go this way for a while.

Maybe it means, “The wheelchair-access bathrooms AND the stairs are in this direction”?
