because then u’d have to plaster it from the outside, trapping urself on the balcony.
and then you’d be stuck on the second floor balcony, forever and ever, and probably die there, and they’d have to get a ladder to retrieve your bo… oh.
Must have missed the “plaster up the door” tool in photoshop. New in CS3?
Shop or not, I’ve seen buildings like this in real life. Do they build the balcony for symmetry or something?

its not fake, these things happen to make the building look proper, chances are theres a long line of balconys down the other side of the building, and just because this part of the building has something like a storage room instead of an apartment , to leave out a balcony would leave a giant blank spot and would seem out of place.
