This isn’t photoshopped, it’s happened quite a few times. This happens when a river or other body of water dries up and a boat is docked for an extended period of time, such as when a shipping company goes bankrupt or a boat is seized for non-payment of fines.
Je suis Française et je vous jure que c’est une vraie photo… c’est arrivé (aux Sable d’Olonnes, Vendée) Lundi à la suite d’une tempête qui a traversé, et qui traverse toujours, notre pays.

If you are not experienced at spotting fake photos and just shout that anything strange is a shop job, GTFO noob. Let us experienced people spot the fakes. If something just looks fake, but has no signs of photoshop, I would say something like, “You should consider this with question regarding its origins. It does not appear to be fake to a trained eye, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it was not staged or shopped by a true professional.”
