as already pointed out, being a rangefinder camera and not an slr, she wouldn’t be able to tell that the lens cap was on. but that still doesn’t stop her being an annoying bint.
I dunno, she could have been awkward and used the camera to cover her face from the paparatizi. It’s a saving grace for us, she’s ugly.

This is obviously not a rangefinder, since it doesn’t have a rangefinder, duh. The flash looks like a Digilux 3, but some details don’t fit, so I’m not sure.

This is one of those:
“… priceless!” things.
It clearly isn’t a M8. It’s a Digilux 3. Just take a look at Leica’s website (the M8 doesn’t have a built-in flash).
Which means it’s a reflex, and you must notice there the lens cap is on. Also, the lens cap doesn’t match the one of the kit lens, so it could very well be photoshopped.
It’s not quite, it’s a Digilux 2 which was a rebadged Panasonic – these cameras were not SLRs but were very similar to the Digilux 3/Panasonic L1 4/3 SLRs which followed them. Obviously slapping the Leica badge on it meant it was still an expensive camera…

Obvious fake. Level of brightness on hand and camera does not match face. Also, blur around hand where it was blended with white background color. “Car” she’s in is just some photoshop picture surrounding her image; “shine” on window almost certainly is light “plastic” photoshop filter effect.
