The dog on top is a very young Afghan Hound, so it’s probably just trying to dominate. You can tell by the fur pattern, the way the arms bend and the simple fact that few other dogs would do something so brilliantly stupid. You can pretty much expect weirdness like that everyday if you ever have an Afghan Hound. They’re an amusing and very high maintenance breed. The one in the picture is probably only brushed for an hour a day, when two hours of brushing is really required. Oh yeah, and they hate to be brushed. LOL
