eh, ive set my face on fire a couple of times before, where i was drunk enough that a flaming shot/drink seemed like a good idea when suggested, but sober enough that it seemed like a bad idea when it was coming towards my face…
-last minute panic, and the alcohol goes all over the face (still burning) instead of in my mouth/down my throat (where its pretty much instantly extinguished due to lack of oxygen)
even so, it was still kinda funny, as most everyone i was with went into a panic before i realized my face was on fire :/
Looks like it’s in front of his face, not his actual head on fire. Look at the source of it, either alcohol or deodorant or something, on his chest. Besides you can tell it would only last for half a second. Just a few singed hairs.

Most definitely a photoshop fail. It’s just my opinion, but I have a few reasons why. 1) There are white outlines around the right side of the fire. 2) The picture taker used a flash. You can tell by the back of the other guys head. Take a picture of fire with a flash on; it’ll look a good bit different that it does in the pic. Especially not that vibrant. But hey, I could be wrong =p
