Even More Lulz

I don’t know why, but this one hit me in just the right spot (no pun intended), and I can’t stop giggling. Good one!
awww they wana have sexy sex!
Good picture. However, the navigational rules of the road actually state that small craft should give way to larger craft – the thought being the larger ones may be required to remain within a narrow channel, and are less maneuverable.
So the caption should be “Failboat yields to larger craft” (or does not yield, depending on whether you’re trying to be sarcastic or not).
It does not look like the larger craft hit the smaller craft.
It looks like the larger craft has lines hooked on the the smaller craft to right it.
…it does, doesn’t it. hmm…
Yeah, when I’m out on the water I usually assume that, regardless of the rules, I should keep out of the way of anything much bigger than me! Fail x 2, I’d say.
I need to buy Call Of Duty 4..
If it’s not photoshoped, its a boat righting a derelict…
oh!! i was confused when i read this on the UN fail!! now it all makes sense!!
Is the fact that the comment link for every post is ABOVE the picture, so that many end up commenting the wrong thing, in itself a FAIL?
Yeah, the comments being immediately beneath the title is really confusing… ummm…
To people who mess it up, literacy fail.

@ross, I thought the larger craft had the right of way because of the huge mass making it hard to move and expensive to slow.
Anyway, they’re doing this on purpose. Look at the ropes and tugboats.
Yes the small need to stay out of the way of the large. It’s called “Right of Way by Gross Tonnage.”
that guy’s foot looks fucked up. it’s disgusting
Unicorn
Comment fail!
ugh. how embarrassing.
unicorn, you have excellent eyes. I cannot even recognize a person. I envy you.
Wrong. Collision Regulations do not specifically state that the smaller vessel yield to a larger, except in Rule 2 stating that all craft shall operate with nautical common sense.
If these vessels were of the same rating as power driven vessels, that is neither were not under command, restricted in ability to maneuver, or in a narrow channel, the blue vessel is considered the stand-on vessel in a crossing situation, and the red vessel, irregardless of size would have to give way by alteration of speed, course or both, as the blue vessel is the starboard vessel, or the vessel to the right.
Hence the expression, “Right of Way”
/just got my captains license.
Irregardless? So, without lack of regard? That makes your argument “not succeed”, captain!
Yeah, I FAILED with that one. Disregard ‘irregardless’ and regard it as it should be: “regardless”
lol I just realized the smaller boat is the greenpeace ship, the rainbow warrior.
It also looks like a penis.. lol..
International Regualtions for preventing collisions at Sea 1972. The tugs are there after the collision as theyre puling them apart. Noob
why does this just make me think of battleship?
who wants a t-bone for dinner?? LOL!!
Fail vs Fail = win?
it did not yield for the other boat tho
