you have to look at the surroundings to pick it up. they photoshop what they want you to see and that distracts you from everything else. in the 2nd pic a red car is visible and in the next scene there are more people and now a black van. in the last seen the red car managed to find parking in the exact same spot because half the people went home???
The red car never left. It’s simply behind the black van. Notice how the van is closer to the edge than the black car in front of it? It’s because there is another car behind the van
my question is why are you on fail blog if your simply going to search for the photo shopped pictures? why not just call it a fail? (apparently a photo shop fail in this example)

Hate to break it to you but this actually did happen. The gut who owns the houses on the right is one of my reletives… The town is called roundstone and its Co Galway, Ireland. I know the place and i know this happened.
Also the yellow ‘sign’ isnt a sign… its a lifering.

How do we know the last one is a Photoshop job? Why aren’t they ALL suspect? And why does only one frame have those dead branches along the shore in the foreground?

Also, looking at the image, the one with the dead branches also is missing a yellow sign that was in the other ones… in fact, there are a bunch of ways to tell that the third one is fake… nice goin Curious!
actually, if you look closer you will see that the photograph was not in the same spot in the second picture. Yea Maybe they are fakes. But who know?!…
it looks like the third picture was taken at a different angle, maybe from a nearby shore? and perhaps the photographer was standing behind a tree? i wouldn’t think it would have any leaves because of how everyone in the picture(s) is(are) wearing long sleeves/jackets…

Actually, the in the third image, the sign isn’t missing, people are surrounding it. Even if shopped, there’s no reason, taking into account the base images, to remove the sign.
The branches could easily be explained by the fact that all of the first three pictures are taken at different angles. The fourth one is a shop using the 2nd one as its base. Note that it’s the same camera angle. And as someone else already mentioned: the traffic on the road is the same.
Newb -_- The 4th frame is a shop from the 2nd frame… You can see that the red truck is just being cut out from the 3rd frame and nudged downwards. then they cut out the green truck from the 3rd picture and placed it behind the layer with the red truck.
This can be proven by the fact that in the 2nd picture there is some cars in behind, wich are not there in the 3rd picture but replaced with some other cars. Then in the 4th picture they are back… suspicious? you can also see that in the 3rd picture there are people standing around the yellow thing, its not removen… the camera angle is just different, same with the dead branches…
The 3 first are real as heck, but the fourth is fake…
One last proof that the fourth is fake… why in H*LL would people stand underneath the green truck? xD there are people at the place it would have been standing before it fell into the water.
hope i formulated myself well enough… this post should atleast be enough proof to convict the suspect! :O
One last note… off topic, but just fun
in the 3rd picture you can see a new red truck behind the green one with the original white car on its back xD and it looks pretty damn in shape to have had the red truck on its top out there in the water 
oh yeah, one more thing;

where did they get the people to photoshop into the spot where the truck had just been? (hint hint might they have run towards the truck when it started tipping…?just because they were where the truck WAS, doesn’t mean that they were there all along) they aren’t in any of those positions in the other shots…

i don’t see that the fourth is fake: the red and white boats; the white boat is moved further back in the second shot and at a different angle, but also: the quality of the two shots are different; somone probably had a tripod set up on the other shore, and didn’t get the third shot, but did get the 2nd and 4th, and in between shots, their camera got just a tad bit out of focus.

how quickly you people jump to the conclusion that everything is faked. maybe if you really thought about the situation, you would probably realize that all those little details can be explained.
Maybe, dread the thought, the people were BEHIND THE BOAT. YOU NOTICE HOW BLURRY THEY ARE.
If the 4th is shopped from the 2nd, why can you see MORE of the water in forth picture than in the second? and they must have put a lot of effort into completely changing the surface of the water. No one has good evidence of a shop.
There were more pictures. The 4th isn’t a ‘shop from the 2nd but another picture out of that series where about 5 were real and 4 more were fake (which you could tell by looking at the real pictures).
The original of the 4th is taken about the same time as the 2ng, though.

I have seen another one where they even shopped in a blue truck from the last pictures.
Look at the cars and people in the background. In the third image, the red car from the second image is gone and is replaced by a black panel van and a bunch of people. In the final image, those are all gone, and the red car is back.
You have to say that severals minutes or even hours past between those pictures. you know a crane is not as fast as you think! Lot of details can be changed in one hour

There are larger versions of these pictures on the internet where it is very obvious it is a shop job. The man standing in the last shot facing away from the water in a white shirt appears in exactly the same position in an earlier shot. Why not just show the original machine falling into the water and having to be fished out. It was funny when I saw that, then I saw the shopped one and it just pissed me off.
Even if it is a shop, having a crane fish a crane out of the water is still fail.
How is it less funny if it’s fictional? Nobody drowned, therefore it’s boring?

It would have been better if he had stopped before the “and…” picture. But I agree with Yahriel, a crane fishing another crane out of the water is Fail. So what is comedically best? Having just the first two pictures, having the first two pictures followed by a random third picture, or having the first three pictures followed by a photoshopped picture so that the third picture would not be random?

It’s not all fake – the white van really did go in, as did the first crane. Only the bigger crane going in is fake, the rest really did happen.
As a practical matter, you couldn’t tip over that larger crane. You’ll notice that is has a large stabilizing arm that has been deployed. With that in place, there is no way to tip the truck as in the picture, the boom would snap before that would happen (that’s the whole point of the stabilizer).

the last shot of the crane falling into the water is photoshopped. but the rest really happened as in the pictures. it happened two years ago in west galway (Roundstone if my memory is correct) about 15 miles west of where i live. the car driver left the handbrake off and the car was fortunately unoccupied when it rolled backwards off the quay.

Not that it’s not established that the third is a photoshop, but there isn’t even a splash. The crane is slipping majestically into the water.

both cranes did fall it slid in as it could not take the weight they as the car was still tied to the other crane i know this as i come from near roundstone were this happened and the owner of the car was goin out with my cousin no photo shop was done as i seen the same pic in the local news paper the connemara advertiser

It looks to be palfinger Hi-ab cranes, most of which “lock out” with an alarm sounding if it is lifting too much weight. I use one for removing 10 metre concrete lamp posts, and even with that alarm sounding there are ways to still move the object (tele boom in slightly, slew object then continue to lift) but using human sight you can see the vehicle tilt – at which point you STOP. lol
Im betting that if the alarm was sounding here, it was ignored… if it didnt sound then the visual checks to the vehicle were ignored. I mean look at that back end of the orange hi-ab. Mental.
In my honest opinion, lifting something thats double the hight BELOW my vehicle is stupid and a mobile crane should be used. (not a vehicle mounted crane)
P.S were the legs even down on the orange hi-ab?? Hmm looks like they werent!

Frame 4, back as they were in frame 1 & 2! Obviously frame 4 is a composite from one of the first two frames and the 3rd one.
I too have seen the first three images many years ago. Obviously someone thought it would be funnier to make it look like the next crane fell in too.

the 4th picture has the same cars parked as the 1st and 2nd, while the 3rd is different. Just from that you can tell 4th is fake.
Arh, just study the 4th picture for 5 seconds and you see it is a shooop. They cut the crane out and tilted it, if you study the way it is falling down and compare it to how it stands, you also see its a shoopdidoop. Don’t be so gullible people.
