Maddo, you are so fail. It is clear to see the seat he is on is the same as any seat in Wrigley. I’ve been there, he is on one. They fold up when you get up. The part below his right shoulder is the bottom of the seat next to him, but the back of his chair is visible and matches the rest of the seats.
There is a lot of fail in this picture – the jersey, the team, the stadium, the fans, etc. Cub fans are generally the most obnoxious people on this planet.

And Ayda, you are so fail… Garciaparra in his prime was along with jeter and A-rod one of the premiere talents at SS. Even when the cubs had him he batted well and played the position better than Alex Gonzalez whom he replaced. So thats fail number one for you. eh, no championship in 100 years, i cant argue that… The stadium is clearly not a fail. And cubs fans, are no more obnoxious than the fans of any other sports franchise.

This actually happened at the old County Stadium in Milwaukee…the Packers played a game each season in Milwaukee and one year they gave the ticket for that seat away in a contest. (Back when tickets for Packers games were impossible to get)
